IPDP

Individualized Personal Development Plan

Every member of the Educators in Context & Community (ECCO) learning community makes a commitment to complete their own Individualized Professional Development Plan (IPDP) which is a personalized, just-in-time response to one’s own social, emotional, cognitive, professional, physical, and academic needs as you realize your personal vision of being an educator.

Review and change any goals you may need to and update your IPDP with any notes needed.

1.

Sign up for an initial appointment and complete step one, Introspection.

5.

Sign up for a midterm meeting with Dr. Vrooman or Graduate Assistant Ali or Jerry.

2.

Meet with Dr. Vrooman to determine your goals for yourself.

3.

Create three SMART Goals for you to work towards.

6.

Complete step three, Reflection, after your midterm meeting and before your final meeting.

4.

Submit your goals to Canvas a week after your meeting.

Set up your final appointment with Dr. Vrooman to review your IPDP and success.
